Fuel, devices and clubs
Eat for the training you do.
Your daily goal grows with the calories you burn in training. Log a meal with a photo, a few words or a barcode, adjust what needs adjusting, and cook recipes that scale to your weight and your day.

A goal that knows you trained
Set your goal in a few steps from your weight, height and focus, or enter it yourself. On training days the calories you burned are added to the goal: from your device when it records them, otherwise estimated from your time in zones and your weight. Carbohydrate, protein and fat targets grow with them, unless you switch that off.
- Training calories added automatically
- Carbs, protein and fat for the day
- Guided or manual goal
Log a meal in seconds
Take a photo, say what you ate, type it, or scan a barcode. The meal is analysed in the background, and you keep the result, adjust it or discard it. Drink mixes, supplements and meals you eat often are one tap away.
Where the browser can’t scan barcodes, you type the number instead.
- Photo, voice, text or barcode
- Favourites and recent meals
- Drink mixes and supplements
Estimates you can correct
Photo and text analysis gives estimates, not lab values, so everything stays editable: change the portion, add, remove or replace an ingredient, or set a rule such as always using your own oat drink for “milk”. Tell it how you eat, such as a vegetarian diet or an allergy, and every analysis takes it into account.
Photos, voice and text are analysed by external AI providers, and you can pause tracking at any time.
Recipes for easy days and hard days
The recipes are sorted for easy days, hard days, snacks and special occasions, and for before and after training. Amounts scale with your body weight, and portions grow on hard days. For every planned workout ahead, the fuel plan suggests one recipe for before and one for after.
See your habits
Insights show your calories and macronutrients against your goal over 7 or 30 days, when you eat, your most frequent ingredients, and how many days you stayed close to your goal. 25 micronutrients are compared with dietary reference values.

How accurate is the photo analysis?
It gives an estimate, not a lab value. You can adjust the portion and every ingredient, and rules such as “always use my oat drink for milk” apply to every later analysis.
Where are my meal photos analysed?
Photos, voice recordings and text are sent to external AI providers for the analysis. You can pause meal tracking at any time.
Is nutrition tracking included in the membership?
Yes. Fuel tracking and the recipes are part of every membership, and you can try them free for 2 weeks.
