For coaches, clubs and their athletes
There are three kinds: a solo coach with their athletes, a club with members, groups, sessions and messages, and a club with coaching, where coaches also plan and follow training. In a club without coaching, nobody sees anyone’s training data.
Roles are clear: club leader, head coach, coach and member. A head coach sees every member; a coach sees the groups assigned to them. Athletes join by an email invitation.
- Solo coach, club, or club with coaching
- Club leader, head coach, coach, member
- Joining by invitation
The coach console
The Today view shows who needs attention: missed or declined workouts, unanswered suggestions, low readiness, load spikes and upcoming races, with a message, a new date or a recovery week one click away. The roster lists each athlete’s workouts done as planned this week, missed ones and the next workout.
Each athlete’s page shows their week, fitness, fatigue and form, thresholds, readiness and sleep, season and races, and the execution score of every workout.
Plan for one athlete or a whole group
Assign a workout from your library or a multi-week plan to one athlete or a whole group. Draft a week from your library by training days, sports, volume and focus, and send it only after you have checked it. The plan board shows everyone’s week, and you move workouts between days and athletes by drag and drop.
- Library workouts and multi-week plans
- Drafts you check before they are sent
- A plan board for the whole group
Club sessions and messages
Create one-off or weekly club sessions with a venue, capacity, group, trainer and a linked workout. Members sign up or say they can’t make it, and those who are coming get a reminder the day before. Record attendance and download it as CSV each month.
Message one athlete, a group or the whole club, and discuss any workout in its own thread.
Athletes stay in control
Athletes choose what their coach may see: only the workouts the coach planned, or all workouts, and whether heart rate, weight, heart rate variability and sleep are shared. Coach workouts arrive as suggestions they accept, move or decline with a reason, and coaching can be paused at any time.
Questions and answers
Do my athletes need a membership?
No. Athletes can accept an invitation and receive your planned workouts with a free account; the membership adds the full analysis and the other features for themselves.
Can a coach see all my data?
Only what you share. You choose between coach-planned workouts and all workouts, and whether health data such as sleep is included, and you can change it or pause coaching at any time.
How do athletes join a club?
By an invitation link sent by email. Club leaders and head coaches create invitations, can see when they expire, and can revoke them.
