The whole week in one view

The week view shows every workout with its sport, duration and intensity profile. Above it, the week summary compares the time done with the time planned for each sport and shows how the week splits into easy, moderate and hard training.

Switch to the month for the bigger picture, or to totals for the last eight and the next four weeks. On a phone the week becomes a list you can scroll.

  • Week, month and totals
  • Done and planned per sport
  • Easy, moderate and hard split

Move things when life happens

In the week view, drag a workout to another day with the mouse, a pen or touch, and drag it to the edge to move it into the next week. Or use “Move to” from its menu. You can also move a whole week, including the weeks after it, or copy a week’s planned workouts.

Keep a day free, and the coach plans nothing on it. A moved workout moves on your watch too.

Everything in one place

Add a ride, run, swim or strength workout, a race, a rest day, a note or a sick day. Workouts can repeat every one to six weeks, for up to a year. Plan workouts, coach suggestions and workouts from your club coach are labelled, so you always know where each one comes from.

Planned and done side by side

Finished workouts arrive from your watch or app and are matched to the planned workout of that day on their own. You can also drop FIT files onto the calendar. When a match isn’t right, assign a recording to another workout, combine two recordings or separate them again.

More than workouts

Today, tomorrow and days with an outdoor run show the weather. Each day can also show your sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate and calories. The statistics show fitness and fatigue, your intensity and load over the weeks, and where your form is heading.

Questions and answers

Can I plan my own training without a plan?

Yes. Choose “Plan myself”: the calendar and the workout builder are yours, and you can still add a training plan or adaptive planning later.

Can I move a workout by dragging it?

Yes, in the week view with the mouse, a pen or touch. On a phone, use “Move to” from the workout’s menu. Moved workouts update on your watch.

Which files can I upload?

FIT files, also as .fit.gz. Drop them onto the calendar and they are matched to your planned workouts.
