Fuel, devices and clubs

Works with your watch, trainer and apps.

Planned workouts go to your watch, bike computer or trainer app. Finished ones come back on their own and land next to what was planned. Here is exactly what each service exchanges.

Planned workouts on your device

Workouts from your plan, the coach or your own builder go to Garmin, COROS, Suunto, Wahoo and intervals.icu for running, cycling and swimming, and to Garmin, COROS, Suunto and intervals.icu for strength too. Hammerhead, Zwift and icTrainer get your rides and runs, ROUVY your rides.

Only the next few days are sent, between 4 and 14 depending on the service, and a moved or changed workout is updated there. On Garmin you choose whether run targets are pace or heart rate, and bike targets power or heart rate.

  • Run, bike and swim on Garmin, COROS, Suunto, Wahoo and intervals.icu
  • Rides and runs in Zwift, Hammerhead and icTrainer
  • Changes follow automatically

Finished workouts come back on their own

Completed activities are imported from Garmin, COROS, Suunto, Wahoo, Polar, Strava, Hammerhead, Zwift, ROUVY, intervals.icu and icTrainer, and on an iPhone from Apple Health, including Apple Watch workouts. Each one is matched to the workout planned for that day and analysed.

Anything else can be uploaded as a FIT file.

Sleep, HRV and resting heart rate

Garmin, COROS, Polar and WHOOP send sleep and heart rate variability, and on your phone Apple Health (iPhone) and Health Connect (Android) do the same. The recovery views combine them, and you choose what the coach may use.

Files for everything else

Every planned ride can be downloaded as .fit, .zwo or .mrc and every run as .fit or .zwo, for apps without a direct connection. Zwift workouts (.zwo) can be imported as templates, and your completed workouts can be exported as CSV.

Connected in a minute

Connect a service in Settings → Integrations: sign in with it once, and sync starts. Apple Health connects in the iPhone app and Health Connect in the Android app; icTrainer and Fuelin connect from their own apps. Workouts from training plans and adaptive planning are sent while your membership or trial is active; your own workouts are always sent.

Questions and answers

Does it work with Apple Watch?

Yes, through Apple Health in the iPhone app: your Apple Watch workouts are imported with heart rate, and so are sleep and heart rate variability. There is no separate Apple Watch app.

Does it sync with TrainingPeaks?

No, there is no TrainingPeaks connection. intervals.icu is connected: planned workouts go there, and completed ones come back.

Why do only the next few days appear on my watch?

Each service receives the workouts of the next 4 to 14 days. That keeps your device up to date when the plan changes, and later workouts follow as the days pass.
