Strength that fits your training
Strength work helps you stay robust, but it has to fit around your endurance training. The strength workouts are short and timed, and they sit in the same calendar as your runs, rides and swims.
Templates can be filtered by focus (strength, core, HIIT, mobility, yoga, Pilates, warm-up, recovery), by sport (run, ride, swim or general), by equipment and by level.

More than 470 exercises, each with a video
The library holds more than 470 exercises, with bodyweight, resistance band and dumbbell exercises, Pilates, yoga, mobility, warm-up and cool-down. Every exercise has a short looping video and a name in your language, so you know what to do without reading.
Build it, or let it be built
Build a workout from blocks and rounds: add exercises, reorder them by dragging, swap one at random, or add the other side. Or tell the generator how many minutes you have and which kind of work you want, and it puts a workout together. Save it as a template for next time.
A player that times everything
The player counts down every exercise and every rest, shows the block and round, and what comes next. Need more time? Add 30 seconds, skip a rest, or swap an upcoming exercise. Music that matches the workout plays along if you like.
- Countdown for work and rest
- Next exercise always in view
- +30 seconds, skip and pause
Planned next to your runs and rides
Planned strength workouts appear first when you open Strength, and a finished session is saved to your calendar. Adaptive planning can plan strength next to your endurance training, and on Garmin a strength workout arrives as one timed step.
Questions and answers
Do I need equipment?
No. Many exercises use only your body weight. With a resistance band or dumbbells you get more choice, and the templates can be filtered by equipment.
Can I log sets, reps and weights?
No. Strength workouts are timed: each exercise runs for a set time, followed by a rest. That keeps sessions short and easy to follow.
Is strength training included in the membership?
Yes. Strength workouts are part of every membership, and you can try them free for 2 weeks.
